All you need to know about Visual Thinking

VizThink is gathering visual thinkers from all corners of the world to create the first global community dedicated to the use of visualization in all forms of learning and communication.

VizThink was initially conceived by Dave Gray, Chairman of Xplane.  A long time proponent of Visual Communication, Dave envisoned the creation of a global community of visual thinkers.  In 2006 XPLANE expanded to Europe through a new office in Madrid, Spain. While in Europe Dave became acquainted with Rodolfo Carpintier of Digital Assets Deployment, a business incubator firm in Madrid.  

Through their conversations the concept of VizThink was raised and Mr. Carpintier, who has a successful history of building organizations that revolve around community, was enthused by the idea and decided to fund it. 

In July of 2007, after about six months of planning, VizThink was launched. 

A Global Community

Today VizThink operates conferences in North America and Europe, a successful workshop series featuring industry gurus and local communities in several cities, with many more in the process of organizing their first event.

In mid-2008 VizThink will also be launching their online community site as a central destination for Visual Thinkers in any part of the world to come together and inspire , share & network with like minded individuals.
