Earlier this week, we had the opportunity to sit down with Martin Eppler, Professor of Information and Communication Management at the University of Lugano in Switzerland. He has written eight books, mostly on knowledge communication, management, and visualization. His latest book is Ways of Knowing. You can learn more about his university work on their website. In addition, they have created visual literacy tutorials and software package that uses templated visual tools for brainstorming, planning, and organization.
